Yankee Pier claims to fly in its seafood twice daily. Lobster , crab , and chowder can be found on the menu, as well as the "All-at-Once Speedee Meal"—perfect for those rushing to a connecting flight.
Very pleasantly surprised with this airport diner - great breakfast , attentive & friendly service , they make an early morning flight seem tolerable - indeed, desirable! Will definitely comeback.
1) Maila is a spectacular waitress ! 2) We go out of our way to schedule flights so we can have breakfast here (the Tillamook cheddar and chive omelette , with fresh dungeness crab if you prefer).
Decent spot for some quick chowder while waiting for a flight. Local craft beer on draft too.
Stopped in for breakfast before my flight. Got the Greek Omelet--fluffy omelet , potatoes & toast . Potatoes were a bit plain but fine, rest was quite tasty. Service was excellent--quick tea refills!
Shrimp salad is great! Staff work really hard to get you in and out efficiently. My staple before flying for breakfast or a glass of bubbly.
For dinner , it is hard to not get the salmon . A large filet, a good mound of spinach and for hidden rice , with a hollandaise . Hot, fast, good.
This is the place to eat if you're on your way thru SFO: tasty menu complies with Monterey Aquarium Seafood Watch. Try the steelhead salmon salad with an Anchor Steam on tap .
Priority pass perk . Grilled fish dinner is a bomb! Impossible burger is out of this world too.
Priority pass now accepted, but they do have a period of time between breakfast and lunch (around 1030 to 11am) where they are closed and only serve items at the bar like clam chowder or drinks.
Fantastic service. Good clam chowder . Try the Golden Gate IPA .
Served by Emilo & Maila this AM. As previous commenters pointed out, both were phenomenal: attentive service calibrated to the morning flyer. Wish some high end restaurants I've been had this. Kudos.
Fast breakfast food , not crazy $, good service , and martinis at 6am.
My favorite place to eat at SFO. There clam chowder is awesome.
Probably my best airport food experience to date, which isn't saying too much. Steak and Eggs was surprisingly really well cooked... Could've used more seasoning, but again, expectations were exceeded
Far exceeded my airport restaurant expectations. Watched the chef from behind the bar and he was into it with intensity. And it showed, dinner was fantastic.
Love that they all ask you how much time you have until your flight. Courteous and on it!
Great food, amazing for an airport . Got a nice blackened piece of fish with some killer spinach .
The restaurant is a part of the Priority Pass "Lounge", if you are card holders.
Claim chowder and fish taco are a great option during a lay over.
Priority Pass perk . The burger is good, and the shrimp and chips are delicious!
Be sure to let wait staff know your time frame. They'll get you in and out!
The food here is quite worthy, especially for an airport restaurant . Prices we on the high side but it was worth it.
Crab sammich was quite tasty! And the bread ???? was so soft.
They have granola w yogurt for breakfast and the granola is really good!
This might sound strange but the wheat toast is sooooo good. Nutty tasting deliciousness. And always friendly service here.
the seafood linguini is really yummy!
The butterscotch pudding is very fresh tasting.
Not as fast as expected, but breakfast sandwich was absolutely delish!
If you are a Priority Pass member, you get $28 credit towards your meal here.
I've had to eat at many airports and this restaurant is actually edible and more satisfying than most. Definitely eat here if you had a choice and a delay. Which is likely...
Food and service
Get to the airport early and have the Dungeness Crab Eggs Benedict for breakfast . Pricy but so good.
They have Anchor Steam on draft if you're looking for a decent beer .
Clam chowder is loaded with veggies and clam bits. Makes it worth the price. Consistency is more watery than I'm used to but doesn't mean it's bland. One negative - A bit too much pepper for my taste.
They have malt vinegar , if you want some with your fish and chips .
Fantastic customer service. I was quite disappointed in the food when it arrived due to my expectations being off, as well as the limited options but the waitress handled the situation superbly.
Exceeded my airport food expectations. Excellent service , ask for Emilo, he's the best!!
Before people really demanded good food in airports , this was my “go to” at SFO. That statement doesn’t say much for this place any more. Over cooked eggs . Watery coffee — at least it’s hot.
Really good granola !
Super fast! Love this airport spot
The food is really good and yes prices are high but it is in a airport .
Bowl of chowder and a n Anchor Steam draft make for a very nice start before an afternoon flight. ✈
Good alternative for dining at an airport
Clam chowder is actually decent and not goopy. Fast service and good food.
This place has been here for ages. Not very good, but still be best around.
Good fries . Good staff too, warned me how long the food would take when they were super busy.
Use your Priority pass credits here!
Bradley Ogden (Lark Creek) restaurant . The butterscotch pudding is excellent!!!
Tasty fish and chips . Tiny serving. Not a great value for their premium pricing.
Very good lounge, unique feature is the wine tasting bar. Very friendly staff great lounging space. Only downside if you travel a lot is the food offering- it's tasty but the menu does not change! - Lucille Fisher
It is worth being a loyal MileagePlus member. The upgrades are a nice benefit! - D K
Grilled chicken club w/ fries. Can't go wrong with that here. Staff is super chill and cocktails are worth it here. - Jayson Phillips
Burger and fries. Wine is a bit expensive so opted for cider. - Nancy Stroud
The food is surprisingly good, get the Benedict for breakfast with a mimosa. Perfect pre-plane combo - Ashley M
Competent service. Drinks are mostly ice. Solid food choices. Decent value for SFO. - Eugene Levitsky
