AMAZING butcher shop ! I couldn't think of a cut of meat they didn't have. I have had the Cumberland Sausages and they were EXCELLENT.
London's most-favored butcher and for good reason. Great quality meats from the fam farm and a staff that knows everything about them. No wild boar or other game but they do have 45-day aged ribeyes !
Best sausage rolls ever (my favourite is traditional one). Really good butcher : meats are great, especially some rarer cuts like bavette (they are cheaper, too). They also run meat cooking classes .
Love the stilton and pork sausage rolls and the rib of beef is great for a roast dinner .
