happy hour start from 17:30-19:30 Dress code required. Not allowed for shorts or slippers. Only long pants, skirt or dress allowed. ^_^
very warm service . staff skill is very high than 5 star near hotel .
Book Horizon Club if you stay in Hotel Shangri-La, it's worth it. :-)
