As divey as dives go but they’ve improved with a few additional whisk(e)y options and better beer . Still feels like a bar straight outta a Bukowski novel .

Either an FML type dive or a fun place to meet friends for a drink. No in between. A souped up version of Hockey Haven on Balboa . Solid service.

Drinks are cheap but strong. You go there because is close to your house and you want to have a last drink before ending the night. No glamour, no fancy nothing, but fast effective service!

Great bar with a pool table that was recently remodeled in the Inner Sunset . Great bartenders (especially Julie! :) ) and it seems like there's a party there every week.

Order a bloody mary and play Cher - If I Could Turn Back Time.
