Beer price is good. Food price is excellent and equals that of other pubs which charge min 5 pounds now per dish. If in the area it's a must.
Food is standard pub fare . Daily specials at £5-6 are good value . Decent range of beers/ciders on tap and good setup for watching sport .
An English pub as you imagine it. The food is value for money .
It's open Christmas Day in the evening too!
