リニューアルして変わったのは、更衣室 の位置が男女入れ替わり、ランニングマシーンが増え代わりにバイクが減りました。ウェイトのマシンは新しくなりましたね。
バスケットボール やバレーボール 、ボクシングの試合などの他、アーティストのLIVEでも使用されている施設。LIVEとしてのこけら落としはポルノグラフィティ。
50mプール は深い所で水深2mほどあります。真ん中のレーン が高速で、端のコース に向かって中速・低速と泳ぐスピードでわけられています。
水泳 のレーン は8レーン くらいあって低・中・高速に分かれてるのでのびのびマイペースに泳げる！浴室/浴槽 あるので泳いだあとに温まることができます :)
600円でジム とプール と風呂 が使えます。僕はいつも外を走りますが、外も信号がなく走りやすいですよ。
千駄ヶ谷駅出て向かい側の横断歩道渡ったところに入口があります。近くに都営大江戸線の駅がある。
ここの50mプール は8レーン もあり、水深もソコソコあるので泳いでいて爽快です！！
