Almost always, I have to clean the table before I can sit down. From crumbs to empty cups and food containers. Staff should routinely clean up, or people-- please pick up after yourselves!
Don't forget it's now nice! Sit outside and enjoy the nice weather, take advantage of the tables, at one point they took them away, 2many teens soliciting and making chaos back when, I'd say 05-08 ^_^
Staff is great here. Freaks me out that they remember my name, I don't even live in this state . In a good way though.
I don't even have to order. My regular gets started as soon as I step in the door. Best baristas in the area! thank you for the great service!

Great staff , east coast friendly , though sparse on seating for quiet study, better for chatting as it can be loud .
