Amazing food! The restaurant is beautiful! They have lovely outdoor seating . The pulled pork & cheddar sandwich is awesome, the baked beans are the best I've ever had and even the Mac n cheese is good

The not so boring chicken is amazing. I loved the fried beans. Justin is an awesome waiter !! Request him if you can.

BBQ was a bit bland...but view of Hudson was amazing! Chipotle calamari was pretty good and I liked the grilled Mac and cheese sandwich . Maybe we're jaded by real NC BBQ pork and SC Brisket , but....

The food is respectable, but the ambience is unbeatable. Eat on the deck, as close to the water as possible. Or, come later when it turns into one of the Hudson Valley's larger nightlife destinations.

Everything is excellent: view , staff , and definitely food. I recommend Brontosaurus beef ribs but keep in your mind; it's HUGE!

While the food is pretty good, Billy Joe’s biggest draw is their night bands and DJs on Friday and Saturday night. There’s a cover charge after 10pm but it’s the best late night spot in Newburgh.

I take my kids there for family day on Sunday's , because kids meals are only 2 dollars. They usually have something fun like face painting or balloon Animals for the kids.

Loved it! Massive portions on the appetizer calamari , you would need at least four hungry people. Food was excellent!

My new favorite to visit when I come home to Newburgh. Great beer selection , a varied crowd very lively atmosphere .

Get the whipped sweet potato . You will not be disappointed. Also make sure to make a reservation on a weekend if eating after 6pm.

The dinner for two could easily be dinner for four. Everything was delicious, and plenty of leftovers.

Sweet tea is pretty good. If you're southern it won't be perfect, but good for Yankees making it.

Bar is pretty good here and it gets packed on Saturday night. Country night isn't bad either, but it clears out by 11:30pm.

I'd pass ribs are very basic. Dinning on the waterfront when the sun goes down would be worth the view . Certainly not the food.

Great view and the nachos were amazing

The beef ribs and brisket were both very fatty and the ribs were lacking taste. The service however was very good. Would not return anytime soon

Avoid summer weekends or holidays, the cook line can't keep up and orders get backed up.

Try the banana pudding !! My advice is get there early. Parking lot is tiny!
