Burgers are perfect. Awesome seasoned Fries feeds two. Forget talking to anyone with you during live music . I support local musicians -- but the volume is just insanely loud for that space.

During the week, Uncle Uber's is packed with office lunchers who come and order burgers , clubs and pastrami on rye . But the smart money is on the Cuban with a side of deeply browned french fries .

Try their bacon and goat cheese sandwich . Sounds a little weird but I swear they were the best bacon sandwich I've had in a long time.

Burgers are delicious and fries are fresh. Save room for dessert to give their chunky ice creams a try. A must if you are in Deep Ellum.

Just got the simple burger with pepper jack cheese and it was awesome. The fountain drinks are blah but the burgers are delicious!! Fries tasted awful lol

Katelyn, Jake, Rosalinda, Yo Yo, Nick, Jeff, Daniel and the rest of the staff are amazing! And the sammiches are tha shit! Get the Cuban or the Shaved Ribeye

Don't forget about the salads here...they are delicious!! Try the veggie salad with chicken

Best Cuban I've had.... This is without the sauce since I didn't know it was for the sandwich ! It probably would've been even better!

Whatever you do, get their hand cut fries with their secret sauce. They are the best fries I have ever had. Period.

There isn't a better version of the simple, hand-cut pile of French fries . They're salty and perfectly crunchy. It's simple, no frills.
