Never Fail!! A Great time is always had here! Good song selection along with happening Happy Hour !
Nice place to sing and the price of happy hour drinks are cheep but their cocktails are ridiculously expensive . One cocktail cost me $10. I asked another bartender and he said it was $13. Be careful.
Major downside: "free" karaoke = the short-sighted, snooty bartenders will play your song if you throw 'em a tip as you go (and if you're a guy). NOT on your tab at the end if the night.
Petra, since you're so close to Karaoke Cave and used to my "since you're so closed to.."s, this is the karaoke spot I mentioned while with your mum.
Great song lists . Great cocktails . All around fun experience.
I've had so many great nights here! No need to get a room. You can usually "get by" in the main room by buying drinks in exchange for songs.
Variable hours. Try to avoid late night visits. (They supposedly close at 1:30am on Tuesdays but at 12:30am on Thursdays.) Didn't experience any snooty bar tenders or shortened playback songs.
Put your songs in early; the queue gets long!
They have a SICK selection of songs in English, Spanish & Japanese! Nice after-work atmosphere too!
Amazing karaoke place in the basement of Dragonfly. Sing as much as you want just be sure to buy some drinks. Small price to pay for awesomeness squared!
Be prepared to sing FAST and willing to put up with only getting the first verse of your song. this place tweaks the playback
Big group? Snag a private room in the back. Worth the cost to sing all the songs you want. And Elena will take care of you.
If you're here to sing, get a private room . Otherwise, be prepared to wait hours to sing your song. #Fail Best bet: Go to u2 karaoke on St marks. It's only a few blocks away.
Been coming here randomly for over a decade and I always have a great time. ENJOY! And get your sing on!
Super expensive drinks if you're there outside of happy hour . Good selection of songs .
Cool place, vast space
Had a blast there! Bartender is very nice! Place is 100% recomendable
Be nice to the staff and they will be nice to you. Best karaoke joint in NYC
If you manage to make friends with Elena , she will make your life a living hell...then she might buy you drink.
expensive drunks, def book a room. it gets crowded
Love love love it here
The name is "Karaoke Cave." What did you expect
Don't hold the door for the rest of your party on the way out. You may be yelled at by some bitter old dude who may or may not be the bouncer
Don't sit under the speakers and don't let anyone know you were ever here.
Watch out for this place. They will prioritize and reorder the song lists depending on if you tip them for the songs or not. Cheap but shady.
Support your fellow singers !
Dont steal the microphone b*tch :) xx
Play karaoke roulette on Mondays.
You must be singing to be singing!!! No seriously, it says so on the wall.
OR, you must be DRINKING to be singing...that's what it says. And clearly...I am singing.
karaoke is awesome!!
Hey Kelly, shut up!
Go early when it's mostly empty to get deals on rooms and food. Perfect post brunch debauchery. - Kristina King
Great. You can do single songs or private rooms. They give you free popcorn. Nice and clean - Rachel M
It was nice place in NY. The service was so fast and all staffs were vert nice. I must recommand here. - Jamarh fox
Rie Akuto, budding stylist, loves to browse the incredible vintage selection any time she can. - Lucky Magazine
Grabbed the 2-slice / drink combo (cheese only). Pretty tasty. The crispy cornmeal on the crust is a nice touch. Can get soda OR a bottled water, which is nice since I don't drink soda anymore - Josh Collins
