Akshayam is by far the best place to have south indian food . Best ambience,service and food (duh!)
Good South Indian Food . Alert: You'll have to wait during peak hours. Do plan accordingly.
This place is ridiculous. Menu says "lunch starts at 11.30" but you walk-in at 11.45 and order for anything under the lunch menu , the waiter will tell you "it's not ready" and "they'll start after 12"

Good ambience.. Much worth than Anna Nagar Saravana bhavan.
After a long time fed up with a mundane veg restaurants around Anna Nagar with no value for money with poor ambiance. Here comes akshayam, it quality exceeds Saravana Bhavan with much lesser cost.

Good food. Car parking .
Poor management, orders take more than 15mins. They have really cheap mini tiffin before 10am. Ample parking space !
Coffee is the best :)
