This is a very spacious gym , great maintenance on all there equipment. Talk to Rod Moss he is a great guy who will go out of his way for you!

It's a much older location but still the lifetime quality you'd expect

don't hit the weights before you climb - forearms/grip burnout too quick.

If you see a long-lost friend in the locker room , please don't drop your towel when you shake hands.
