Great place to shop, staff is friendly , people are just too lazy to go look for what they want and complain about how bad the store is when it's pretty great.
Best times to go for me is after work which after midnight...never crowded at those times...several self check machines
Pharmacy never has my prescriptions refilled at the time i request even if i give more than 48 hours notice... Going back to Walgreens now that my insurance is accepted there again.

Getting out is hectic, but if you take a few seconds and exit by McDonald's or Little Caesars (off Nacogdoches) it's not bad.

This HEB was terrible. The store is not set up very well and things are hard to find. Not enough staff for help and the cashier was terrible. Will never shop here again.
Just had another terrible experience at this HEB. Self checkout clerk was as ride as she could be. Where do they find these customer-haters?
I think every staff member that works here hates their job....

Always crowded and poorly laid out. Do your shopping late at night if possible to avoid frustration. Poor selection of organic/quality foodstuffs, mostly junk. Find another HEB if possible.
I just spent 15 mins waiting to get OUT of the parking lot ! Crowded inside @ outside is ridiculous!
