They no longer sell cds so it's just electronics . Used to be my go to spot for buying hot music .

I was traveling and found this store online. No mention that it was under renovation. I was shocked to find that I could not enter the store.

Went to buy ipads for my team. Asked for 4 and was immediately told I could not pay for all of them with the same credit card. It is their store policy. I took my business elsewhere.

Stood around for 45 minutes to buy a $2500 TV and I'll be damned if any of these people wanted my money. I tried to seek out a salesperson and the manager told us "yeah, we'll find someone." Awful.

Customer service is God awful. Everyone seems like they hate their job and the mobile debt will hound the hell out of you to buy Black Tie protection . They don't understand NO.

Customer service in the computer dept left much to be desired...they lost a sale to us of a $450 laptop and a $999 desktop due to poor responsiveness...playing games instead of tending customers
