Store manager is awesome. The customer service here rocks. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I recommend everyone to shop here.

This one is larger than the newer Best Buys so you're more likely to have better selection here.

Order your item online and it will be ready for you at customer service! No searching or being attacked by salesmen.

Most reviews here are spot on... this store looks like a dead place with low inventory and non existent customer service. Just drive a few more miles to the Hayden store ... It's worth it.

This store has a lot of bare spots on the shelves. Portable hard drives are always limited and cameras were pretty empty too. Either stock the store or close it

I went in to get a cord for a dryer. I spent 10 minutes looking for it and someone to help me. I was the only person in the back half of the store.

Always call ahead to check if something is in stock as website never seems to be right

This place used to be great...not anymore. Terrible service, even tho it's always empty. Untrained staff in the departments and at the registers. Just awful

Shop online instead. This store looks like its going out of business. Low inventory levels, low staffing, poor service. Most disappointing Best Buy experience ever by a mile.
