I love going to the Apple Store instead of a phone carrier because the Apple Store is a lot more helpful. Make sure if you want to get an iPhone to reserve online before you go in.

Great guys, if you want something replaced because it broke unexpectedly, they replace it. Excellent policy. Say what you want about PCvMac but the employees here were excellent to me.

You have to make an appt to get something fixed. If you are in a hurrying, let them know and they most likely will get you going earlier than your appt!

One thing we noticed on this branch is that it's not connected to the main mall . We have to get wet in the rain outside to go here. The genius personnel we talked to knows what her job is.

If you have a scheduled appointment to meet with one of the "geniuses", make sure you are early. I was 8 minutes late and had to reschedule. The store is extremely busy but the staff is knowledgeable .

Amazing staff , Genius Bar was on time to the minute, Cillian helped me and did a phenomenal job. Will recommend to anyone and everyone I know. I heart Apple!

Kids table with iPads great when waiting for something to be fixed. Ask for head phones to plug in for sound - it is free!

Constantly busy, but generally always have great customer service (minus 1 time). Anytime something's wrong with my i-pod i stop here, they'll either fix it or replace it free (if its within warranty)
