The guy from the 1st counter named francis accomodated us well inside the customer service. He informed us well on how to upgrade the ram and memory of our macbook pro 2011. Two thumbs up for that! :)

Power mac center trinoma is the best when it comes to repair service . This is the power mac branch with the most complete tools.
The staff are very accomodating same with sm marikina but the service it will take a while they are asking me to wait for 2weeks just for the god damn usb cable.
There are Apple tutorial bars and a 3-person capacity training room here! So if you wanna learn more about Apple products, approach a store attendant to use the tutorial bar !

11 days since iniwan ko laptop ko for service, never sila nag email or tumawag kung anong status. Laging "not available at the moment" ang hotline nila.

This branch has the SLOWEST CASHIER ever. Twice I went here to buy something and left because she was awfully slow! Unfortunate that their sales and technical staff are all efficient.
