Everything was amazing! I have many dietary restrictions and they were more than happy to work with me. Sit at the bar and converse with the chefs .
Randomly, some of the best sushi you'll ever have. Fresh fish flown in daily from Japan. Takeshi San is a classically trained master . I kid you not, better than Nobu. PS- Omakase is the only way 2 go.
Good food , service very slow , spectacular California rolls , miso soup shrimp tempera rolls are amaizing highly recomended
The yellow tail jalapeno IS truely amazing! Ken is a sushi master . Ask him how his golf game is! Make sure to try the Aji (spanish Mackerel ) when they have it.
Be sure to make reservations . Yellowtail Jalapeño Sashimi and Osaki’s Roll are my favorites but if you are a true sushi connoisseur the chef 's menu is the way to go.
Good sushi , service was a bit slow and they ended rushing us out and not letting us order more nigiri because they had people waiting for our table.
Food is nice but when checking out they added a 18% gratuity even though we have only 2 people. There was 25% off on sushi that day but they 'forgot' to take the 25% off from the check.
The best sushi I've ever had! 20 seats, a husband and wife cook and serve everyone, make a reservation ! -Kelly Liken, Top Chef
don't get stuck on an end seat, you'll get bumped. also, don't book an early dinner , they rush you out. otherwise, a+ class sushi .
food isn't great, but I guess that is standard Vail quality. Overpriced for low quality and taste.
Terrible habachi. Good sushi .
Incredible spot. We loved the Gardener and Lycee martini cocktails. The crunchy tuna bites, black cod lettuce wraps, rock shrimp, and salmon rolls were highlights. 10/10 - Bridget Gael
Stuffed jalepeno was excellent. Rock & roll is great. Other sushi was ok - Cecilia Crawford
Awesome sushi. Very friendly wait staff. Get the cherry blossom mochi for dessert! - Meredith Brenner
This lounge-y, ice-shingled, mountain-side cocktailer's slinging tapas like lamb croquettes and tuna/ wasabi aioli/ avocado/ seaweed salad sliders, alongside some 60 single malts. - Thrillist
