Slow service. Get a free The Philippine Star Newspaper or free coffee refill for every P130 single receipt purchase, in the morning. While supply last.
Drive thru has a tendency to get your order wrong. If you have extra time, check your order or better yet, order takeout over the counter instead. (but they only give straws at the drive thru )

Just go to their new branch along Pioneer cor Sheridan. That new place has better service. They told us to wait 8 mins only to find out there was an additional 18mins. Grrrr!
