Contrary to what some tips were saying, the service is so good! The girls were all very pleasant! As for the tart shells, it's not too hard as said, neither (coming from someone with braces!)????

The bacon and mushroom savoury brioche was excellent. Do the lunch set which comes with a drink and a tart . The banofee was a balance of bitter and sweet combi of tiramisu on a sweet banana tart .

Pulled pork eggs benny on corn bread was really good & smokey. Broccoli salad tasty too. Pastries looked ????????, but we didn’t try. Oat lattes small, but tasty. Nice atmosphere. Service was ok-ish.

As what the others have said, try the Passionfruit Meringue Tart and the Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Tart . So so good! P.M.T is very light and not too tart , C.S.S.C.T is not too sweet and is so lovely!

Passion fruit merengue is nice. Although I think they lie about serving lunch & dinner ? (Came on a Sunday afternoon) Overall it's just a pretty place with pastries - scones , muffins , cakes

Matcha tea latte was rich, with a pleasantly strong matcha flavour. Strawberry shortcake was surprisingly light & made with lovely slices of fresh strawberries .

Tried the Passionfruit Meringue , Choc Sea-Salt Tart , Bacon & Onion Quiche , and was recommended a pot of Strawberry Shortcake Tea . Really recommended and the staff was really helpful and nice :)

One of those eccentric but delightful little Cafes that u can't help but love. Like u've walked into someone's pantry that's filled w goodies!!

Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Tart is simply gorgeous. That's coming from someone who doesn't like caramel . Lemon Drizzle will have you going back for more! Tea is so-so. Coffee not bad. Nice concept!

Carpenter and Cook has been a growing success! Every time I patronize it, the pastries ' quality doesn't change! It is superb! I especially love the passion fruit meringue tart .

Apple cobbler is my fav! Gotta try their lemon drizzle , choco chip muffin , passion fruit meringue , and quiche ! Love their latte too!

Scones and fruit tart were kinda dry and tasteless. Passionfruit meringue tart as amazing as word about it is. Latte surprisingly pretty damn good!

the Elderflower Lemon Cake was very good, dense and moist cake with intense flower fragrance.

Passion fruit tart is quite good. But above all interior design is ace.

Just a lovely place. The flat white isn’t always good but they serve nice cakes and croissants .

The lemon drizzle is simply fantastic. Light, tangy and zesty. A great treat for a tiring day.

Staff is extremely inattentive and unwelcoming. But this bacon and mushroom savory brioche bun is nice.

Staff more interested having long chats with regular customers then helping us find seats despite us making all the way down to visit. Talk is cheap , where's the service improvement?

Would recommend the passion fruit meringue ! Loved the spinach quiche equally.

Tried the chocolate tart . Pretty good. Not heavy. Nice combination of choc and butter scotch . Pricy though!

Try their salty caramel chocolate tart . Good coffee too.

Uninterested staff makes you feel like u're really not important enough for their attention. Like seriously? over-inflated sense of cool. Attracts pretentious poseur yuppies. Oh get over yourselves.

Don't bother with the walnut cheesecake if you are looking for a rich cheesy Cheesecake Factory style cake .
