Fermentation Lab lives up to its name by offering a plethora of brewed and pickled delights, with farmhouse veggies fermented on-site. Oh, and the ambiance makes for a great social laboratory , too.

Awesome selection of draft beers . Tried out the pickle sampler and the salmon dish and wasn't impressed but will certainly be back for a beer

The beer list is great, the Banchan plate is delicious and the chicken sandwich is amazing. If you like hot sauce , make sure to ask for some of the chef 's chile sauce - yum!

Great beer selection . They had three sours on tap , love that! Food was good as well , try the ahi sandwich .

Small space but nice. Pretty good beer list but not as good as City Beer Store nearby. Food options are good but my burger was too salty as many have said already. They’re all correct.

If it was in a better neighborhood I'd be there more often. Get the duck fat fries .

Food was very salty and almost not edible. Didn’t like either of the beers I had. Overpriced and uncomfortable seats.
