The staff is very friendly and the service is very quick. They apparently guarantee standing less than 8 minutes in line .
Just opened at the old Starbucks location. Outdoor seating available. Good service and good food! Have some patience, the staff is new, but vey attentive! :)
The sandwiches are soooo good, and the shakes are great! The cookies . Are. Fabulous.

The sandwiches are great, esp with some hot peppers . Service doesn't quite measure up to other Potbelly locations. They keep putting tomatoes in my sandwiches even though I don't ask for it ????
If you're looking for the Starbucks that used to be here, it moved across the street in the plaza with the Chick-Fil-A. But why not get a sandwich here instead?
The salads here are amazing and the fresh sugar cookie is to die for
