Love this tiny little hookah bar ! Blink and you'll miss it. Happy hour runs 5-9 and there's 25% off drinks. Hookah costs $220 and they'll refill the coals as long as you need it for free.
Great new hole in the wall shisha bar ! Amongst the best tobacco I've had in hkg and very, very unbelievably cheap prices!
They have Starbuzz here for a decent price. Definitely get milk in the bowl with it. :)
