Wow the upgrade compared to the adjacent BA Lounge . Whole ambience superb, barista crafted coffee at the bar . Felt first/business not economy plus.

Beer , coffee , and Prosecco are free at the bar . Your final Aperol spritz will run you 6 euros.

Plenty of space. Clean . Kid friendly . Good good. Worthwhile spot to wait for your flight.

If you're coming here with a priority pass card, be prepared to wait, HSBC premium cards get better treatment. Be wary of the blonde attendant, will make you wait and others allow you in.

During COVID you must order via your phone, but they offer hot food which is nice.Real barista too!

They serve hot food on order, which is good for a lounge . I had a good Cacio e pepe . Toilets should be improved

Incredibly dirty and messy. Food is awful and staff is rude. No one is picking up litter so plates and cups are piling up next to seats. Asked for a coffee at the bar , was told to go to the machine ????

They have showers ????

The food has real taste unlike the BA Lounge bland food. Expansive view of airport from this large lounge , accessed as part of Amex Platinum membership.

Офигенно, опупенно, шикардосно, огубенно! Сижу я в лакшери как бог, вокруг одни миллионеры. Я пью из трубочки коктейль , вокруг девчата (не бордель). Мне пиццу свежую несут, я самый лучший местный вип .

Приятно удивлён: для европейского контрактного зала с клиентурой Priority Pass это действительно хороший лаунж !

Roma’daki yeni thyninde kullandığı lounge . Gayet güzel yemekler normal ama geniş ve eskisine oranla çok başarılı.
