everyone is nice no thrills. However, only 6 stations of TV and if you like to watch it some of the equiptment you plug your head set into does not work and very staticy.
Do a class with the trainer , Teddy . He'll get your butt in shape!
Good staff . The relaxation zone is the best
Protip : Don't bathe in perfume BEFORE you workout. Had to change treadmills twice. It's hard enough without choking on your 5$ Rite Aid toilet water!
Teddy will be all on your fitness goals and he's super helpful.
Don't work all muse groups in one session and change your routine weekly
