Very good and local product department, price is not so high and u can find many goods in here.

Affordable shoes , clothes and there is always free live music happening. Bathroom is cleanest at the top-most floor.

Check out the bazzar! They have a lot of cheap clothes ,but keep an eye on some of the clothes bcoz they have defects! But doncha worry, they will be checking your items on the cashier ! Happyshopping!

Check the calendar. If there is a holiday or a Hallmark card inspired occasion ( Mother's day et al) then most likely the store is on sale.
