Great pub smacked in the middle of suburban Fitzroy that has been in existence since 1865. It also has the most perfect courtyard for an afternoon beer .

Great old school Fitzroy pub but don't get the tap beers , they don't clean the lines and they taste foul.

Make sure you order whatever you want and get some attitude from the chick behind the bar . Sorry you're hating your job and probably life in general, darling.

Half serve of fish and chips for $12 is more than enough and very tasty!

You have to try the chilli bean enchiladas . I'm not a vegetarian (by a LONG shot), but these are my favourite item on their menu, which is all deliscious.
