Love the new location (down two floors from previous location)! Much more floor space that allows for breathing room when the store get crowded . Also there're more products to try, test and play with.
The new location on the bottom floor is a lot more spacious and very nice. Always great customer service when I visit here.
After leaving my camera bag in DC including the USB & reader I ran for the IPad Camera Kit. They were so gracious and let me upload pics in store. Great Customer Service! Thanks Melissa & Nick!

Even if you make an appointment and show up on time/early EXPECT to wait. 4/4 visits in one month at various days/times I waited every time.

To keep it short and simple. In this Apple Store, I had the worst 3 customer services experiences. The level of service is not up to the expected. Apple should do something about it.

My MacBook Pro has a crack in the screen bezel that has been reported by tons of people on the net (so a known design flaw) and they refused to fix it. Why pay the high cost for bad design? Bye Apple.

Terrible customer service. Long lines to check in even If you have a reservation . Not what apple pitches as a " great customer service experience"
Great store just don't try to call them. Takes FOREVER to answer the phone. Tried all times of day and different days. Same results.

They offer great customer service here, very knowledgable staff . However, the wait time is awful, even when there isn't much floor traffic. Employees need to work on approaching prospective customers.
Even though you must have an appointment for genius service doesn't mean you will get served. Bring a chair.
They only do nighttime repairs from this location (8pm - 12am). If you need a repair while you wait (once part comes in), best to go to another location.
If you need service on your equipment don't forget to make your appointment on-line.
Weekends here are busy. Weekends after a launch here are even busier. The more you know!
