A great pool with a water slide that kids love. Probably the best part of the lodge and great at night to end a long day.
Great place to relax with a drink in the afternoon. Hang in the shade (or the sun, if that's your thing) while the kids swim .
Hot Tubs are to relax and sit in, not to use as a children's swimming area when there are other persons attempting to enjoy the same area.
There are two hot tubs . A big one behind the slide and a small one behind the tiki bar .
My 19 mo old cant keep his head above water but they refuse to let him go down the slide with a parent. They will allow him to go by himself. The kid pool is tiny and has nothing to entertain!
Bring plastic cups and a water bottle filled with your favorite alcohol + a mixer and save money by skipping the bar !
Laura is a fabulous bartender !! Also the beer here I the coldest on property!
The second hot tub is more private and usually less crowded . Look for it back behind the bar .
Nice pool.
Great kids activities from 1-5p daily.
The Mara is also poolside and the beer is a dollar cheaper!

If you are going to Kidani Village, take the Downtown Disney bus instead of walking. It is the only one that stops at Jambo House first, all the other park buses stop at Kidani first. - Tim Smith
Talk to and use the team for planning. They have better access to restaurants and can get you into things that are full. - JH 3

While staying at the Wilderness Lodge make sure you have dinner at Artist Point everything is very well prepared. My usual menu is Smoky Portobella Soup, Diver Scallops, and the Two Chocolate Cake - B T
