Tour was nice and service aboard the catamaran was great. The issue is that everything is poorly organized . We have waited 3 hours to board because they have made some mistakes with our reservations .
Great tour ! A few drinks before snorkeling , then some more drinks and shots, the staff is friendly and hilarious! good old fun in the sea! ar ar ar ! Not for safety first people though! Party ON!

Sorry, these tours are just plain unsafe. Drinking before snorkeling , poorly trained staff , no head count of passengers. It's an accident waiting to happen.

La comida en Isla es horrible, y el pobre tiburon sufre muchísimo... Los barcos son bonitos y el camino precioso, puedes nadar en el arrecife solo no pierdas a tu guía, sufres en ese tiempo :(

El servicio perfecto, el recorrido super interesante, la foto con el tiburón pesima idea, pobre , debe sufrir horrores, atrapado en un pequeño espacio y con tanta gente abrazandolo, ¡eso es de lo peor!
