This is a really cool tour . You’ll definitely want to bring a jacket , as it gets cold down in the mine , and the descent underground can make kids a little nervous. But my 10 year old brother loved it.
An awesome experience for all, but especially for those who had relatives that worked in the mines . Bring a jacket , it's cold in the mine .
The tour itself is great, bring a sweater gets chilly underground. However, their last run (tour ) into the mine is around 2:30 or so, so get there in the morning. Also, penny machine is broken. Boo.
A great tour but no matter what the weather is like above ground, it's always cool, damp, and breezy in the mine , so bring a jacket !
Fun times and great learning experience for our softball team. These are some of the people who built our country .
Excellent trip into the mines . Take your camera , and watch your head!
Wear your hat. Very educative
They close at 3pm :( Also, bring a jacket !
