Steak 'n Shake

I am there frequently and have never seen a dirty floor. I watch the staff sit guests right away if table is open and get orders quickly. Food is alway great and staff friendly .

Ya know what? This is a fun restaurant with an old time feel. Sit at the counter, then you'll see how hard they work back there to get food to you. Great service too! Oh, and clean floors!

It's pretty hit or miss, sometimes you get good service sometimes you don't. But that can go for any place. Friendly staff , and good food.

It's as close as you'll find to IN-N-OUT Burger if you're from the West Coast. Consistently good.

I agree with the BAD tips! The last 3 times the service was Horrendous! The LAST time I had to sit next to the d*** MOP handle!! It kept falling over and they would just come by and prop it back up!!

no matter if there's a line to get a table or not youll wait forever to eat. the service is terrible and the floors are always dirty . the food is good, but this has to be worst place in Rome to eat.

Don't know why Matt F feels this way. Ate there for lunch-was told the wait was 10 min. Got seated after only 5. Food took less than 5 min to come out. Floor was clean , too.

Worst service ever. Food order wrong. Over-cooked steak burgers . Black manager is an unsympathetic idiot. Should have taken his photo to post on 4sq.

Not sure about the negative tips. Been several times and had no issues. Should be a larger building, however.
