I absolutely LOVE this place. I come here every time I'm in Idyllwild, which is usually every few months, and I have never been disappointed. Staff is great, food is great, all of it is great!

Calamari is a quick must have starter! If you're going for lunch try the "California Tuna Melt " but if you really want to be impressed, add the goat cheese to it and prepare for your tastebuds dance !

The French Onion Soup and the Gnome Dip were both decent. The Italian Sausage pasta was delicious and the Creme Brûlée was just amazing! Very cosy atmosphere as well .

First time there. We shared the calamari appetizer . I had the croissant sandwich , and my mom had the mushroom and asparagus penne . Dessert was carrot cake . Everything was excellent.

You must get the creme brulee ! It's my fav dessert and haven't found one as great as the ones in Europe, until now! So yummy and nicely portioned :)

I had there chicken parmesan and me coming from a Italian family it was the best shhhhhh don't tell my grandma also had the best service on the hill

Place was nice. I like the cozy interior and decent service. I had the almond chicken salad which was ok but next time I'd definitely go with something else. Prices are decent. Just overall decent.

Excellent filet. Loved the spinach and amazing wine sauce .

Orange Roast Duck is incredible. Trust me, get it!!!

Try the Creme Brulee . I've never found anywhere else (other then Europe) that can match Gastrognomes Creme Brulee .

The creme brûlée is over-hyped. It's just pudding , dudes.

Get the sausage pasta . It's great!

Great menu that includes new and special entrees often. Had the Cuban sandwich last time and it was great!

This place changed; I don't know if they're under new management or new ownership but the host is different, much of the staff is different, service seems poor; they didn't even bring bread anymore.

The chile relleno !!!! Delicious!
