This place is cozy , but not really in your "living room" type of cozy . More like "I'm stuck on the subway at 9am" type of cozy .
It may have been the time of day, but this place was super busy and overly packed.

Smells like urine. Hideous, slow staff . Not much seating. If someone doesn't take my order soon, I'm leaving to try someplace else. 2 different old ladies (servers) are ignoring me.
Lunch service is really slow and not always on point. Tried giving benefit of the doubt numerous times.
