Milk Tea here is the bomb, my favorite being the Pumpkin Spice . The atmosphere is sooo chill . They also have cool board games and Jenga , so its actually a nice place to hang out w/ friends ????

Found this place to be quite cute ! It was busy!!! It was also 12:30 lunch hour though. I had a cantaloupe milk tea w/ xtra boba . Absolutely delish! Fresh boba ! I'll come again, and I recommend! :)

Great selection of add ons. Any place that has mini boba or aloe is always a good sign.

Really good fresh brewed teas , not powders. Nice fresh chewy boba too. A good spot, little noisy for getting work done... Lots of college agers hanging. I'll come back & take it to go.

Note: While my milk tea boba was fantastic, my friend ordered a sandwich with no mayo and back at the office she found it to have mayo :(-Sandwich was great otherwise. Will still come and try again:)

Super packed around 3-4, obviously an after school place for kids. Super delicious though, the taro with half a scoop of snow bubbles was the best

The jasmine milk tea was excellent, with a balanced sweetness.

If you like Panini's I suggest the Classic Club Panini w/ tofu as a side order. If you don't like tofu try the sweet potato fries .

Free drinks with food orders! A great place to go near the CSUN campus if you want boba or fried tofu . Spicy french fries are delicious. Good fried rice also.
