Love the fact that its open 24 hours and you have access to the showers , overall it is just a great atmosphere
Great gym...very spacious , clean , friendly staff , and plenty of machines with little to zero wait time depending on when you come to workout.
This is a very good gym . Is clean , you don't have to wait for the exercise machines, open 24/7 and the best of all, the price is right.
Friday night through Sunday night it's a ghost town . You can workout in peace .
I love the fact that's its 24 hours !! The free massages , tanning , and haircuts kill it tho!!
Early morning until around 8am is the best time during the week
After 10:30-11pm on weekdays there's less that 15-20 people there
These massage chairs are Everything!!!
Apparently Saturday afternoon is a non workout day cuz it's kinda empty
