If you're not paying attention at the register, make sure you read your receipt before you leave. My last three visits averaged $6 p/ visit in refunds!!!
The workers are very friendly , but don't bother with getting a fresh made sandwich at the deli .
Get a Safeway card. You'll save a LOT of money in the long run.

One of the nicest Safeways.
Nastiest bathrooms . Every time I've had to use them, they're dirty and smell like piss. Half the time there is no toilet paper or paper towels. I expect A LOT more out of Safeway. Gross, gross, gross!
