I could not NOT review SMSW. It's simply the best swimming center in all of LA. Spotless, clean , nice people, outdoor, cheap membership. A reason to miss LA.
The pool here is amazingly gorgeous. Outdoor pools with such clear blue water. Everyone seems to swim in sync with one another. Staff are friendly and helpful. A swimmer 's paradise, indeed.
TSM is based here, and it's easily the premier competitive age-group swim team on the westside. From their Pre-comp swimmers to Olympic qualifiers, there is no better choice. Check it out!
Best time to lap swim is 10-3. The mornings and evenings are always very crowded .
Swim passes include parking--although I recommend biking there if you can
