Every employee I saw asked me if I needed help (4 different ppl to be exact) not because they were trying to push me out the door bc they were closing but bc they genuinely wanted to help! Good ppl!

The Safeway in Canton (Baltimore) delivers the most consistently dreadful customer service I've ever had the displeasure to experience … and, I like the Safeway chain.

This place is empty on Saturday nights. Do your shopping first; go out later! :)

self checkout line is long n invisible. God for bid if someone is done checking out n 1 is open u have 1 small compared to their however many items they'll let u know there's a line lol ignorant ppl

If the person at the sandwich counter tells you they don't have something, be insistent. There's more of it somewhere in the store -- it's just a matter of making them go get it.

Come to this store on weekday mornings *only* No crowds, no lines . Yippee!

As a rule, Safeway delivers a pretty good experience. I'm on the fence about this location … a few bad experiences so far.

The deli counter workers are rude and don't know customer service! You'll stand there for awhile before getting helped....

People who work here are friendly , especially Willow. If you want more of something, just say it.

There really is a line for the self checkout, it extends past the Lucky Charms in aisle 4. Never cut the line .

Make sure you pay attention to them, they like to cut corners on the amount of meat they put on your sandwich

Small Safeway

Double check your receipt they are always over charging. Company policy is to refund you the error plus give you that item free.

Skip this place & go to Harris Teeter , it's worth the drive to Locust Point.

Most horrible lines I've ever encountered in a grocery store . No matter what time of day.
