I am an ice cream connoisseur who tries local specialty ice creams all over the world, and Berthillon makes the best! Their Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate are the flavors to get. Go multiple times!

Pear and cassis sorbets very, very good. My friend tried the chocolate (good), and grand marnier (superb). Many wonderful flavours to try.

Definitely get two scoops. They’re small and it’s imperative that you try their seasonal flavors . My favorites are Fraise du Bois and Marron Glacé.

The flavors are true to their names. If you are me: yes to: cocoa (bitter, intense), rhum raisin (créole), hazelnut (noisette) and no to: pistache and salted caramel

Cacao (extra bitter darn chocolate ) is the best! Darkest chocolate ice cream I've ever had in my life. Goes great with raspberry too, which is very bold and tart .
