The Gypsy Den Cafe @ the L.A.B.

Nice casual place . Small inside seating, large outside patio . Parking can be a hassle. Small menu, but you'll find something to like. Gets busy as the night goes on.

Gypsy Den is awesome; both locations! Atmosphere is unique & the food is nothing short of great. I actually ended up eating here a few times during my trip to LA, and each meal was superb.

I had a great time at the Gypsy Den last weekend, actually stumbled upon it by accident while looking for a place to eat and grab some coffee @LAB. The coffee was so good as was the food. Will return!

The Gypsy Den has the BEST iced chai tea (vanilla or spiced) I have ever had. It's not too pricey and one of the best icy drinks I've had in awhile. Although the consistency of it depends on the baris

Love the chai lattes and creme brûlée . Most of their beer is worth trying too. Fun atmosphere . Friendly staff .

Try their Mayan hot chocolate or Mayan coffee . So good! Tastes like the Abuelita (Mexican) chocolate . Also their nachos are delicious! Try to go in the evening because the atmosphere is so nice.

Cute place. Not exactly a good place to go if you need alt dairy in your coffee . Ordered an iced latte with almond milk & found out it was expired after the milk had settled for a little bit.

Fave hot drinks are the cafe Francais or the chai tea latte . Food isn't the same since they changed their menu and all the items I liked aren't there anymore, not to mention the daily specials .

Mayan mocha is the way to go. or try a strawberry banana smoothie . or the Waldorf chicken sandwich . or just relax and enjoy not being at starbucks

Beautiful ambience and friendly smiling staff . the food here isn't that big of a deal tho lol. Except the adobe stew . The tips are right; the adobe stew is legit..

Spiced chai tea , egg&bagel, carrot cake r my fav. I'm in love w this place. Only thing is you have to wait a while to get ur orders.

Great place. Just make sure if you a party with 6 or more to bring cash. They will not split the check.

After your coffee go next door to Memphis and get a house drink (the whiskey ones will make ya drunk in one sitting !)

Came around 8pm on a Sunday and service was S L O W as hell! About 10min before water, another 5 for order, and over 20min for food. If they were understaffed it would have helped to know beforehand.

The table closest to the condiment cart is wobbly. There are cool green circular pillow pods nearby to do cool yoga moves on.
