Maple Leaf Lounge (Transborder)

It's not on the gate e map, so it's a bit tricky to find. Keep walking to the e80s gates, and you'll see it on your right.

Way nicer than any of the united clubs. I enjoy the open bar and soup selections

Needs a bit of a reno. If you want to print the IP of the printer is 10.255.3.1 (the staff didn't seem to know this, but they were friendly )

Plaza Premium has hot food, much better experience.

Decent size and munchies but Wifi is unreliable and slow. They also have office spaces tucked in the back.

I was told that my United Club card wouldn't allow me to bring in a guest even though I always bring guests in with me at United and Star Alliance lounges.My United Gold status allowed me to tho.

Make sure you have your UA Gold card. Wouldn't let me in even though boarding card clearly stated Gold. She informed me she needed a card so they could get paid since the AC lounges nicer than the UA.

Staff is very nice. Wifi is beyond bad - at least today. Staff said wifi was spotty.

The Maple Leaf lounge at LGA is better.

Datavalet wifi is next to useless. If you're "lucky" enough to get an IP address it's painfully slow. Use yvrairport instead.

Good food. Quiet .

Get the tortilla chips and salsa in the afternoon.

Nice food at this lounge . Serve yourself liquor and beer is convenient too.

Fruit salad in the morning is nice, soups , selection and service much better than us carriers

i usually get quite nauseous when I smell the soups ...however the thai soup is the exception...spicy and tasty...and don't forget to follow the Guinness pouring instructions

Joyce at the front desk couldn't be any ruder...what a waste of a paid position.

Staff was rude and kicked everyone out 15 minutes before closing. Big thumbs down!
