Pretty awful, wish I'd checked in and read @bmn's comment before I ordered. Ironically, my wife's decaf (which is usually pretty bad at all coffee shops ) I am told was good!
Very speedy and friendly service . Breakfast was yum but a flat white is meant to have no foam. My coffee had lots. Apart from that te coffee was good.

Good merlo coffee .. Staff is like Russian roulette .. Sometimes friendly sometimes not !
Find somewhere else to get your coffees . Over 20 minutes waiting for a couple of take away coffee and no mention when ordering that they had phone orders to fill. The coffee was barely average.
Sadly owners changed over the last years quality went down only good thing : you will get coffee 24/7
