In 1912, Jean Neuhaus II, grandson of the Swiss pharmacist who opened this shop in 1857, invented the praline , the chocolate-filled bonbon that became one of the world's favorite sweet treats .
for me its one of the best in Brussels. try the classic truffels which won the 2017 prize. and buy the limited 30 (?) years of history selection box.

Ice cream (vanilla ice cream dipped in dark chocolate and coated with nuts ) is crazy delicious. Dark chocolate truffle is great, deep and dark.
