For everyone who takes a fitness class , pls b in your own space!!!!!! Meaning when ur dancing , stepping etc. stay in your own personal space instead of getting in everyone elses'!!! Yes u gremlin pls!

The new gym is really nice. The only bad thing about this location is, the so called sales MGR. Toni! Don't signed up with this guy. He doesn't no the Truth and will Lie to you or your wife.

Endurance Runners: If training indoors for an event , set the treadmill for 1-1.5% incline to compensate for wind and terrain.

Woop! I was wrong. Jim is always here Wed 9:15am to teach spin. You really have to take this class . (July he's covering the Mon 9:15am)

Nice basketball court , usually enough to play a game with a few people on a weekend morning.

Despite what's listed on their specific location website (and on foursquare, and yelp) they don't open until 8:00 am on Sundays. I'm calling BS.

Don't leave your stuff in the ladies locker room . PEOPLE WILL STEAL IT INSTEAD OF BEING KIND AND TURNING IT IN!!!!

20 min workout and then 30 min hot tub is great, though the hot tub makes nasty looking foam from the bubbling

How nice the treadmills face Charlie's Taco Stand. Gives me a reason to head over after my workout!
