This is supposedly the home of the original grinder sandwich , and they are amazing. Can’t beat the portions and pricing, either. Get an Italian combo with sweet roasted peppers added!
This Luigi's is not related to the one in Fairfield, in any way. The staff are lovely. Outside it looks new & chic . Inside it's looks like an old Bed n Breakfast . They serve Italian fast food here.

Wow. Pure disappointment. Super salty dishes and overrated Italian dishes . My wife and I left feeling rushed and like we were the 2 out of 100 on Zagat that gave a thumbs down. Go to Sophia's.
Don't try and come here during peak hours... And call ahead is a joke. Called over an hour and a half in advance, and still waiting
So NOT impressed with the Fettuccine Alfredo -- very little sauce and it was extremely bland!
