200軒以上のレストラン に卸している実力派パン屋 工房。小売り入り口は少し分かりにくくて入る勇気が要るかも 。カウンターのバゲットは見本、注文すると奥から持ってきてくれます。
2014/8現在改装工事中だけど、買える。バケット は比較的いつでも焼き立て が買えるけど、それ以外のパン は運次第。
なにも着けずに食べるバケット が好き！
