I eat at other Buffalo Wild Wings and always order the same thing. At this location I get sick every time. I wonder of everything here is sanitary?

I am a fan of BWW as a franchise. I am not a fan of substandard service. Flash from Zootopia could provide faster service . Tell me how it took 47 min to get my wings when there are 8 patrons total.

I've been to many BWW but this one is the worst by far... The lack of service is unbelievable... Only 4 tables and there was only (1) waitress ; the Parmesan garlic wings tasted diluted ; Beware...

Sit in Jordan's area, she is a great waitress !

Waited 40 min for 10 wing & fries order. When it arrived it was not what I ordered. The waitress was virtually nonexistent & I had to get my own napkin and utensils from the bar . Awful experience!

Horrible service! Waited 37 mins for boneless wings in a completely empty building and our waitress was no were to be found. Not to mention I saw a guy spit in this girls face at the bar .

Check your TO GO boxes! They seem to skimp on sauces for the to-go folks.

Don't pee in the sink. The management frowns on this european tradition.

Morons would not serve me a beer with an Illinois Drivers License.. Manager thought it was a fake. Horrible way to treat business travelers with all the hotels in the area. AVOID!

Just sit at the bar . Half the tables were empty but the staff wasn't seating people due to "servers being overworked and undermanned". I tip on good service and hard work, not laziness and excuses.

food was good, but was disappointed in the service. Once I got my beer & my wings , my waitress was no where to be found except when I went to the bar to cash out, then she was like "oh, that's mine".
