One of the few Starbucks locations in NYC that have a restroom and outlets. They will also have wireless charging soon.
Neighbors with the Empire State Building , this corner location has outlets on the first two walls as you enter off Fifth Ave.
Be sure your drink is actually communicated to the baristas, especially during busy times. My drink has been forgotten more than once!
Great baristas, Android phone charging spots built into tables, but understaffed location, so expect to wait.
You need patience here but the friendly baristas make up for that.
If you're a regular here, get to know Dhalia. She remembers everyone's names and orders, and is always really nice.
I love their morning crew always a smile and they try hard to remember their regulars.
People speaking Japanese behind me. Scandinavian in front of me. Gotta love how diversity New York is
Stopped by on Saturday night at 9 and they ran out of Mocha (both white and black) and is not ashamed a bit.... 2 persons running the show and the facility was messy
I like this Starbucks and the staff is great. Be patient and have a good cup!
Restrooms and wireless charging available. Try the super cute mummy cakepop!
The service here is better than any Starbucks i'v visited. Keep up the great work guys...
@TheStyleWord : Make conversation. This place is frequented by some colorful characters.
It serves me right for going to a midtown Starbucks but the service was slow and just plain bad. And despite having two bathrooms , I suspect both were "closed" because they didn't want to clean them.
Strawberry and Blueberry Yogurt Parfait is very nice at $3.45 :)
Great Starbucks location
Best customer service of any Starbucks in Manhattan.
A much better alternative to the over crowded Starbucks near the Empire State Building .
Graham latte is amazing
Don't bother coming here if you're in a rush; or value your time. Staff at this location just can't seem to get it together. Always a 10+ minute wait once you order a drink.
Nice place to have a short rest.
Nice Empire State Building view .
Ooh those chewable cookies ... I can't resist!
The morning staff is the best, hands down.
The barista is drowning and no one is helping him. About 8 people waiting for drinks.
So much better that the one at 5th at 33rd.
The staff here is great considering the location and all the tourist
Great customer service !
Extremely subpar location. If you're in a hurry, avoid at all costs. Attached to a hotel in midtown so orders are given and received slower than the pedestrian traffic just outside.
Starbucks. Enough said really.
Serving La Boulange pastries !
Service here is "slower than molasses" going uphill!!
Love the morning crew in and out...
All the baristas speak Spanish!
Cinnemon dolce latte is great
The best Starbucks ever.
It's Starbuck's.
It's not that they are unbelievably slow and rude... It's that they're trying to teach you patience and how to be a more tolerant person.
Wild adventure on service. Not sure what to make of it.
Not the place to go to if you're in a rush.
Agreed, worst one around. Go around the block to the other one (on 36th & Madison)
Don't expect a smile. Had breakfast here past 4 days and they are rude. Everything you ask for is far too much effort, inc just a coffee . Avoid.
You can see this building.
So dirty ! ????
Worst starbucks ever. I've caught a couple watching porn and clipping their nails . Also, tourist central...
Facing Empire State bldg.
slowest starbucks ever! especially in the morning. If your in a rush is better to go somewhere else.
WORST Starbucks ever. Thank you for giving me attitude while being slow and then giving me half a cup of coffee .
The worst starbucks in the area! Can take them about 15 minutes to get your drink even when not crowded ! Go to the sb on 36th and madison
Get a free frappuccino .
Really good shop. Same decoration with all the other stores but is location is stunning! Try caramel latte or pumpkin spice:-) - Danai Psaradelli
good for studying! many little tables with a lot of outlets - Brooke C
Great way to take in the whole city. We went on a Friday at 1pm and there was no line. Staff are very helpful and courteous. - Chad Curry
I think this was the best department store I visited in New York. Way nicer than bloomingdales and everything is easy to find ❤️ - Reem
Such a cute park!!! Loved the little Merry-Go-Round. A delightful place to stroll through or sit for a bit. - Mae ???????? Beerman
