Tried the red bean milk tea today. Extra texture of the touch of red bean compared to the pear milk tea . Another yummy!

1st time trying on the tie guan yin tea latte with pearl . A bit odd the 1st sip..2nd sip onwards when u get used to the Chinese tea taste..it's actually alright..

Yup. The fair guy with glasses is the owner. Friendly and asked for my comments on the drinks and food always. 

Half of the shop is now selling some sort of specialised clothing , so seats are limited

This outlet sucks big time. Theres no indoor aircon seating save for 1 table (the staff use for themselves!) & they put a stupid boutique inside the shop instead of proper tables for paying customers!

What's the big deal about Chatime ? You haven't really tasted bubble milk tea if u haven't tasted Taiwanese bubble milk tea . The real thing is so much better.

Service has a tendency to be slow here. Everyone in the line in front of me seems to have only one or two orders, but it seems to take them forever to get it done.

The service may be slow when there are many people. Compared to the one u branch, this one is so much slower .
